A three member team is assigned for your account, who work round the clock in 8 hour shifts. The Team provides chat, e-mail support to your customers in addition to server Monitoring and administrative tasks. Being a dedicated team the engineers would support unlimited number of servers and unlimited number of tickets.

You may also choose to have one Dedicated Engineer who can work on a 8 Hour shift, 160 Hrs a Month.

The engineer provides chat, e-mail technical support to your customers in addition to server Monitoring and administrative tasks. Being a dedicated resource for you, there is no restriction on the number of servers he would support.
